Cheryl consulted with me as to what needed to be done prior to the sale. She organized a professional photographer to come in as well as had digital floor plans. She even assisted with some light staging to make the condo absolutely stand out from the competition. Cheryl and her team came up with a unique marketing campaign that incorporated non traditional advertising outlets focused on buyers in the boating community as well as the traditional marketing channels. I would receive regular click reports for the digital marketing aspect of the campaign. Complicating the sale was the fact that I had already moved overseas. However, this was not an issue as Cheryl's communication was exceptional and always provided regular updates as to where we were in the process. When we finally found a buyer, she flushed out any problems and made the closing extremely smooth. I still own property in Hudson county and next time I need to sell or buy another, I will no doubt be using Cheryl's service. I cannot recommend her enough.
